If you're trying to reach Millenials via traditional media like television and radio, you're probably missing most of them.

Long before they venture out shopping for furniture or flooring, Millenials venture online. Your website and online presence are an always-open showroom for them as they conduct their research and find things they like -- so be sure your digital showroom is easy to find and always open.

Do you carry any one-off or handpicked items? Picture or video of those special items, along with their backstory, is absolute gold in terms of blogging and creating shareable social media posts. And be sure you're gathering contact information from interested Millenials who do find you.
