Marketing // Digital Analyst

The Digital Marketing Analyst position will be a single-client embedded position located in Chattanooga, Tennessee. You will support and coordinate activities related to digital marketing programs in order to effectively position the client to sell, retain, and/or promote company products and services. You will execute and measure marketing programs, campaigns, and lead generation activities to help drive the success of high-impact marketing initiatives and meet business acquisition/enrollment goals. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders acting as a project lead and primary point of contact on your projects. This position requires familiarity with SEM, SEO, content and campaign management, web/mobile analytics, digital media management and web/mobile development. You will assist with performance reporting and analytics to demonstrate return on investment for all major digital marketing initiatives. Strong organizational and project management skills are required.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support investigation, analysis, documentation and reporting on key business drivers of the digital program.
  • Support implementation for demand generation and eCommerce programs in display media, SEM, and SEO campaigns across all BCBST LOB’s.
  • Oversee development of online creative assets and digital user experience as it relates to online shopping portal and mobile commerce platforms.
  • Support digital team through research on emerging eCommerce media strategies and technologies.
  • Provide input into eCommerce and demand generation strategy for brand marketing initiatives, product launches, and product education efforts.
  • Ensure that all eCommerce and online advertising strategies are compliant with Blue Cross Blue Shield Association (BCBSA) brand regulations.
  • Assist in preparing reports for program deliverables, including creating PowerPoint decks and spreadsheet tools.

Job Qualifications

  • A BS or BA degree in marketing or related field or equivalent, relevant work experience required.
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience in marketing with 1 or more specifically in eCommerce (SEM/SEO), online media management, digital marketing and/or digital campaign management.
  • Recent experience in the health care industry, banking or in an agency serving the industry is preferred.
